Do you offer senior pricing or a discount?
We do not run a fixed discount program you have to qualify for, and we would rather not pretend otherwise. What we do is give you the price for the job before we start, and if you are on a fixed income, say so on the phone — we will tell you the least expensive way to solve the problem, including whether something can safely wait. If a repair would cost more than it is worth, we will say that too.
Can my son or daughter arrange the visit for me?
Yes, and it is very common. A family member can call 437-996-1996, arrange the visit, and handle the price conversation while you are the one at home. Give us both phone numbers and we will keep whoever needs to be informed in the loop.
Will you explain what you are doing before you start?
